CERTAIN represented at ITS World congress and ITFVHA 2025 in Atlanta
Atlanta, 24–28 August 2025 | The CERTAIN project was represented at this year’s ITS World Congress and ITFVHA events, bringing together international leaders in intelligent transport systems, road safety and connected mobility.
Throughout the week, several CERTAIN partners - including Applus IDIADA, Stephane Dreher, Siddartha Khastgir, Carles Lujan Tutusaus, Marc Pérez Quintana and Tom Alkim - took part in sessions and discussions on the future of safety assurance for automated driving.
At ITFVHA, they presented the CERTAIN leaflet and shared insights on the project’s approach to human-centric and continuous safety validation.
The ITS World Congress remains a key platform for innovation, knowledge exchange and collaboration across the mobility ecosystem. CERTAIN’s participation highlights its active role within the international community working to make Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) safe, reliable and trusted. By contributing to global dialogue on safety assurance, CERTAIN strengthens its commitment to supporting a harmonised and resilient framework for automated mobility, aligned with European and international standards.
